Kevin Rockoff is the Broker and Co-Owner of Rockoff Realty, a Connecticut brokerage known for delivering full-service real estate representation with a 1% listing fee that helps homeowners keep more of their equity when selling their homes.

Kevin founded Rockoff Realty in 2009 with a simple belief: the internet fundamentally changed how homes are marketed and sold, and consumers should benefit from those efficiencies. While building the brokerage, Kevin continued his career in the technology sector before transitioning to real estate full time in 2017, after the wireless software company he worked for was acquired. The successful sale of that company gave him the opportunity to devote his full professional focus to growing Rockoff Realty and serving clients across Connecticut.

Earlier in his career, Kevin worked as an early-stage employee with startup companies developing wireless software solutions. That experience helped shape the entrepreneurial and analytical mindset he brings to real estate today—focusing on efficiency, innovation, and delivering measurable value to clients.

Kevin graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Franklin & Marshall College, where he was recognized as an outstanding economics student. He later studied marketing and finance at the New York University Stern School of Business, further strengthening the strategic perspective he applies to real estate brokerage.

With more than two decades of experience in the industry, Kevin is known for his strategic pricing guidance, negotiation skills, and hands-on approach to managing transactions from listing through closing. He frequently shares insights on the Connecticut housing market and has appeared on the television program Great Day CT as a real estate expert discussing market trends and strategies for homeowners.

Kevin is also passionate about supporting animal rescue organizations. Through Rockoff Realty’s Rockoff for the Rescues initiative, the firm donates to local animal rescue groups each time a client buys or sells a home, helping support organizations that care for animals in need across Connecticut.
